Brent in Daytona beach, FL is getting a 10’3″ x 32″ Mahalo…Hugh in Humboldt will be ripping the big North Coast waves on a 10’3″ x 29.5″ Mahalo…Bill in Ventura has a 9’6″ x 32″ Stoke Wide going through…Trent up in Monterey Bay will be sporting a 9’6″ x 31″ Stoke…we are also building a pair of FeatherLite carbons…Stoke and Mahalo…for Gary and Sheryl from the SF Bay Area…Mike from Newport OR. is getting a 9’8″ x 30.5″ Stoke…and, I have a new 9’4″ x 31″ 6 channel shred stick being built that we’re calling the “Groove”…will post pics soon…but, here’s a sneak peek…;-)

The shortest day and longest night of the year occurs tomorrow…this year it also coincides with the first day of Hanukkah…the holiday season is well under way with Christmas on Sunday (no wonder we’ve been so busy…;-) and New Year’s Day not long after that…don’t know about you, but it seemed like Halloween was just yesterday…;-)

Just got another couple of custom carbon SUP’s in the shop…these boards look awesome and are tough as nails…light, tight, and bright…
Our ever popular Jammer…8’6″ x 31″ x 4.5″ (16.5 lbs)…and, a new model that a local client worked with us on…the SUPer Egg…8′ x 31.5″ x 4.25″…
This one came in at 14.6lbs in the new tough “FeatherLite” carbon construction…
We have a couple of custom carbon 9’6″ Stokes coming down the pipe…one going to Monterey Bay and the other to Cape Cod…next up are a couple more carbon Jammers for local rippers…including, one for Bill, and another for Brad, in the new “FeatherLite” carbon construction…then, it’s back to a pair of Stokes…a FeatherLite Stoke for Bill from Ventura and an airbrushed epoxy competition Stoke for Bryan out in Virginia…

I need a few more go outs to really find the sweet spot. I think I will go back to H****** tomorrow it was really nice.

Took the Mahalo Wide down to the end of the street from the shop to baptize it…really enjoyed how lightweight it was for the carry across the sand…paddled so smooth and fast in the breezy conditions…very stable…and, super responsive on turns…that was in quad mode…in anticipation of more waves this week…

My new carbon Stoke got baptized yesterday in perfect, reeling, head high point break waves…this latest iteration of the Stoke design is everything a bread & butter waveriding SUP should be…stable, fast, responsive…glides nicely…really fast down the line…rode it in quad fin mode with my bamboo sidebiter fin designs…and, it was cutting back and redirecting like it was on autopilot…just what I was looking for…the kind of sesh you want your 1st time out on a new board…since I have had several iterations of this design, this new version in carbon felt like my favorite pair of blue jeans…
My college buddy, Mike, down from Oregon getting his Stoke on…we’ve been surfing and windsurfing together for 3 decades…now adding standup into the mix…
