Health is Wealth

Alright then…since most everyone is on the sidelines about investing in stocks…and, it’s prolly not prudent to take your money to Vegas and place it all on red…here’s something to ponder if you’re still on the sidelines about investing in a standup paddleboard, I’d recommend that you just do it…and, if you’re gonna do it sooner or later…you may as well do it sooner than later…get the benefits now…you’re not getting any younger…it will pay known dividends…bird in hand is worth two in the bush…guaranteed return on investment…the ROI is off the scale fro your psyche…health is wealth

You may as well double down on that idea…happiness loves company…it’s pretty kewl to paddle with a friend, loved one, family, and even a stranger…if you’re already into standup, practice an act of random kindness and teach somebody how to SUP if you get the opportunity…pay it forward…

Sure you can buy a gym membership…yoga lessons…golf…or whatevers…but, those other options are not as FUN…

Here’s a link to a study Time Magazine did concerning this subject…

“Most people save for retirement by focusing on their wealth. But you may accomplish more by focusing on your health. That’s because the out-of-pocket costs for diseases that may be avoidable through diet and exercise can be staggering. Getting and staying fit now may be worth tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars later–a sum that just might exceed the carefully crafted stockpile in your 401(k).”
